5:00 AM – Pickup from Jaisalmer
Your early morning adventure begins with pickup from your hotel in Jaisalmer. A vehicle takes you towards the desert safari area. The early start allows you to reach the dunes before sunrise.

5:30 AM – Arrival at the Desert
Reach the camel safari starting point in the Thar Desert. After a short introduction to the camel and safari route, you will meet your camel handler and prepare for the ride.

5:45 AM – 7:15 AM – Camel Safari and Sunrise
The main safari begins as you ride slowly across the golden dunes. The camel ride generally lasts around 1.5 hours, with time to stop and enjoy the sunrise. As the sun rises, the sand changes colour from dark golden shades to bright orange and yellow. This is an excellent time for desert photography and enjoying the quiet surroundings. You can take a short break on the dunes, walk around the sand and photograph the camel against the morning sky.

7:15 AM – 8:00 AM – Breakfast in the Desert
After the camel ride, enjoy breakfast in a peaceful desert setting. Depending on the package, breakfast may include Indian or Rajasthani-style items along with tea or coffee. Having breakfast among the dunes makes the experience different from a normal hotel breakfast. You can relax, enjoy the morning breeze and take a few more photographs before leaving the desert.

8:00 AM – Return to Jaisalmer
